Education is my passion. The last 15 years have been dedicated to public education in elementary school, middle school, high school, and beyond.
I have worked with students in a wide variety of settings and with a wide range of needs. I have had great success with at-risk students, high-achieving students, and students with learning differences. By developing strong relationships with my students, I recognize their unique gifts, and I help build their confidence. I have developed a character education curriculum that focuses on student superpowers and provides support when they need to develop and hone their character.
My goal is to make the invisible seen and accessible to kids. I aim to inspire kids to think about the natural world around them, from everyday occurrences like static electricity to Earth’s position in space.
I am inspired by working with students and helping them navigate their educational path.
